From finding to closed case – without chasing people
The Compliance module turns follow-up into a flow: it finds the cases, prioritises them and sends them to the right person.
1. Monitors
The module keeps track of the whole organisation, across departments, all the time.
2. Prioritises
“Requires action now” puts the most important items at the top, marked Critical or Warning, with department and owner. Track both the compliance score (state) and the follow-up rate (action) – for the whole organisation or one department.
3. Follows up
Send a reminder straight to the person responsible. See who has replied and who hasn't, and snooze or accept items with a reason.
